Returns for fine jewellery

This set of terms and conditions apply to all fine jewellery products housed under By Invite Only's fine jewellery capsule collection, gldsmth.
Purchased items can only be returned once.
Returns will be processed in store credits or cash refunds based on our terms & conditions.
Return requests and refunds are not instantly validated. The entire process may take up to 21 business days to be concluded, depending on your bank.
Further terms and conditions may apply if your order consists of a Gift with Purchase.
The customer will bear any shipping cost. We would recommend choosing a shipping option that has a tracking option. Please note that we are not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse.
Items purchased with shopping mall vouchers are not valid for cash refunds. You may submit a return with store credits should the item fulfil our returns validity.
No returns, exchanges, or replacements are valid for customised items.

Due to security reasons, all Fine Jewellery After Sales Services will be available at all By Invite Only stores except for By Invite Only 313 Somerset and Vivocity.
To request a return, please head down to any By Invite Only store with the exception of By Invite Only 313@Somerset and Vivocity, where our friendly retail team can assist you.
Alternatively, you may submit your return request via our Self-Service centre here to receive your returns request approved before dropping the items off at selected stores.
