Fine Jewellery Replacement Terms and Conditions

  1. This set of terms and conditions apply to all fine jewellery products housed under By Invite Only's fine jewellery capsule collection, gldsmth.
  2. Purchased items can only be replaced once.
  3. By Invite Only's replacement covers a timeframe of 3 months from the date of purchase. This is inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
    This warranty does not cover:
    1. Loss or theft
    2. Damages attained from daily wear and tear
      • Example: expansion of chains, dents or scratches on stones.
    3. Purchases made using online auction sites or unauthorised resellers
    4. Customised items
    5. Loss of earring backing/stopper
    6. Ring/ Earrings bent due to wear and tear. 
  4. Requests received within four to twelve months from the purchase date will receive a complimentaryrepair. The customer will bear any return shipping cost. 
  5. If replacement is unavailable and repair is not feasible, the customer will receive store credits based on the amount paid. To learn more about our store credits, click here.
  6. All replacements are reviewed based on our terms and conditions and product damage validity. 
  7. By Invite Only reserves the right to reject any replacement request that does not comply with our terms and conditions. 

Fine Jewellery Replacement Process 

Singapore Residents: Delivery/purchases that reside in Singapore will qualify for the following replacement process. 

  1. Replacement is available online and in stores. 
    • Due to security reasons, all Fine Jewellery After Sales Services will be available at all By Invite Only stores with the exception of By Invite Only 313 Somerset and Vivocity.
  2. To request a replacement, please head down to any By Invite Only store with the exception of By Invite Only 313@Somerset and Vivocity, where our friendly retail team can assist you.
  3. Alternatively, you may submit your return request via our Self-Service centre here to receive your replacement request approved before dropping the item off at selected stores. 


International/ Tourist: Customers not residing in Singapore will qualify for the following replacement process.

  1. Kindly submit your replacement request via our portal here. 
  2. Replacement will be valid upon item evaluation in Singapore. Product validity will be based on our terms and conditions. 
  3. The customer will bear any duties and taxes as its value varies depending on each country. 
    • If the customer rejects any replacement delivery due to duties and taxes, the customer will bear a re-delivery cost.
