Fine Jewellery Exchange Terms and Conditions

1. This set of terms and conditions apply to all fine jewellery products housed under By Invite Only's fine jewellery capsule collection, gldsmth.
2. Purchased items can only be exchanged once.
3. Items can only be exchanged 30 days from the date of purchase.
4. Exchanged items will be valued as per the amount it was purchased at
5. The price of the exchanged item should be equal to the new item
   • If there is an increase in price, a top-up will be required and the customer will bear it
6. The customer will bear any shipping or delivery costs. Kindly note that we are not liable for lost packages en route to our warehouse. 
7. No returns, exchanges, or replacements are valid for customised items.
8. All in-store exchanges are dependent on the selected item's in-store stock availability.

9. Gift boxes and/or packaging is not valid for exchanges. 

Items purchased using store credits or gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Learn more about store credits.

Fine Jewellery Exchange Process

1. Due to security reasons, all Fine Jewellery After Sales Services will be available at all By Invite Only stores except at By Invite Only 313 Somerset and Vivocity. 
2. To request an exchange, please head down to any By Invite Only store except for By Invite Only 313@Somerset and Vivocity, where our friendly retail team can assist you.
3. Please note that all fine jewellery purchased must be tied to an order number and customer profile at the time of purchase. In the event of an exchange request, these two aspects must be verified for the exchange to be processed.
